Six Thirty Saturday Nite (February 6, 2016) - Staying Humble


Join us live every week at 6:30pm (EST) for our Six Thirty Saturday Nite service. We go about 30 minutes and broadcast live on ‪#‎Periscope‬, ‪#‎Twitter‬ and ‪#‎Facebook‬.
This week, we streamed from Life[Link] Community Church here in Marion, and we discussed how we can humbly pray for wisdom as Solomon did when he was appointed king over Israel. It is okay to feel overwhelmed because God is with you. The lives we are called to live are so much bigger than we can handle on our own.

A Restless Wanderer – September 23, 2016

The Samaritans were dependents of the northern kingdom of Israel (Israel split into two kingdoms after the reign of Solomon). For hundreds of years, they were separated from Jerusalem, the center of the Jewish faith. The coming of the Messiah brought these people (and many others) together under the new banner of the Church. Jew, Samaritan, Gentile, white, black, rich, poor — all secondary to our new identity in Christ.
