Six Thirty Saturday Nite (Savior of the World) – April 16, 2016

We took “church on the go” on the road this week to Virginia. Our passage for the week is Acts 8:26-40 where Phillip shares the Gospel with the Ethiopian Eunuch. Our big idea was that the Gospel is good news for everyone regardless of who they are or where they come from.

Foundational Faith – June 1, 2016

No matter our color or our creed, we all (as Christians) share a common foundation — Christ lived a sinless life, died on a cross, rose from the dead, ascended into heaven and is coming back again. Our salvation is tied to our foundation. Denominational doctrine and stylistic preferences are to be of secondary concern. Part of the Family – April 30, 2016

Today’s Translation : The Amplified Bible | Weekly Video : The Right Way (Acts 9:1-19) “So Ananias left and entered the house, and he laid his hands on Saul and said, ‘Brother Saul, the Lord Jesus, who appeared to you on the road as you came [to Damascus], has sent me so that you may regain your sight and be filled with the Holy Spirit [in order to proclaim Christ to both Jews and Gentiles].’ Immediately something like scales fell from Saul’s eyes, and he regained his sight. Then he got up and was baptized; and he took some food and was strengthened.” – Acts 9:17-19 (AMP) Live It Out! It’s a beautiful thing when someone begins to follow Jesus because he or she is now part of a global family. When Ananias addresses Saul as brother, he is demonstrating great forgiveness.
