November 13, 2015 – Listen to God!

“But my people would not listen to me; Israel would not submit to me. So I gave them over to their stubborn hearts to follow their own devices.” – Psalm 81:11-12

Live It Out!

God loves us as His own children, and He takes the role of Heavenly Father seriously. One of His greatest concerns throughout Scripture is for His people to simply listen to Him. When you pray, do you talk more than you listen? We need to allow our Heavenly Father to speak truth into our lives. Trust Him!

Just as God called out Israel to be His witnesses during their time in exile, He is calling us out in our exile. This world is not our home. Let us stay focused on heaven above while telling people about what Jesus has done in our lives.
