Can You Spare Five Dollars?

 

When Dustin, at the age of 16, told me of his call to ministry, I suddenly fell ill-equipped as a father to help him on his journey. While I knew God would provide what Dustin was going to need from his heavenly Father, I knew he would need some earthly counseling and direction. I am so thankful to the many pastors, teachers and youth leaders, as well as CLAY coaches, officials, volunteers and parents who provided that guidance.

And while it seemed for awhile CLAY would be his ultimate destination, it turned out to be a season of preparation.

That preparation led to Paradigm Shift Ministries, and today Dustin is reaching people around the world with his 6:30 Saturday Nite message. You may have seen posts that indicate he has confirmed profiles from people in over 80 foreign countries and territories.

This includes many Muslim countries, where he feels there may be people viewing on their phones who could be killed should it be found out.

But Dustin is only reaching about 500 per week…what if he could reach 5,000? Or more?

Because so many viewers are from foreign countries – and because he doesn’t want to be viewed as the next-generation televangelist “selling” God on the internet – Dustin doesn’t ask for donations or financial support during the service. But revenue from The Haven and a few private donors only goes so far.

So if you can spare five dollars, or even five dollars per month, know that your contribution will help take the message of Jesus to people around the world.
