“Peter’s words pierced their hearts, and they said to him and to the other apostles, ‘Brothers, what should we do?'” – Acts 2:37 (NLT)

Live It Out! 

The people listening to Peter’s message were deeply moved when they heard that they had been responsible for crucifying the Messiah. Jesus was more than a good man or even a prophet – He was the one whom Scripture foretold. We should respond in the same way when we hear the Gospel because it was our sin too that put Jesus on the cross. Jesus died for our sin, every mistake we have ever made and will ever make, so let us respond with heartfelt gratitude.
