“The serpent was the shrewdest of all the wild animals the Lord God had made. One day he asked the woman, “Did God really say you must not eat the fruit from any of the trees in the garden?”” – Genesis 3:1 (NLT)

Live It Out!

The serpent twists God’s words in order to deceive Eve into doing the one thing God said not to do. When we allow others to convince us their way is better than God’s way, we fall into sin. God is a loving Father, and He knows what is best for our lives – He did create us after all! Trust God and stay rooted in the Word so you won’t be swayed or deceived by anything this world has to offer.
